Refund and Returns Policy – AOS

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Several types of goods are non-returnable:

  • Intimate wear, such as lingerie and undergarments
  • Personal care items
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Note: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned after 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
3️⃣ Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchanges, contact us at info@anamofficialstore.com with your order details. Send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original payment method of the purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return a product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
